Cancelation Charges
Charges will be based on the date which cancelation notice is received.
Unused portions of you vacation are non-refundable and are subject to applicable
Canadian Taxes. Charges and penalties are assessed in the currency they
were originally transacted or purchased in (CAd or USd).
Land Portion
More than 62 days prior to departure $400 per person
35-61 days notice: 50% of package price penalty
25-7 days prior: 75% of package price penalty
Under 7 days: 100% forfeited
All Rocky Mountaineer travel arrangements are fully non-refundable
All air travel arrangements are fully non-refundable
We recommend travel insurance to cover loss due to medical emergency or death
in the family.
