Day 1   
Board the train at Montreal's downtown station in "Easterly Class".  Choice of deluxe bedroom or regular bedroom sleeper.  Dinner on board as you travel east towards the Atlantic Ocean.

Day 2  and Day 3  
Enjoy sumptuous breakfast on board.  Arrive in Halifax  then take time to stroll along the waterfront, Halifax's most lively area. 

Day 4    Our kilted guide once again introduces you to this celtic area.   Visit "South Shore", where you will visit Mahone Bay, Lunenberg with a lunch and Peggy's Cove.

Day 5   Board Via rail for another relaxing journey.  Arrive in Moncton, new Brunswick.  Pick up your rental car and the rest of the day is free to explore at your own pace.

Day 6  Drive your rental northwards up the coast to Kouchibouguac National Park.  
You may wish to stop at the Irving Eco-Center - La Dune de Bouctouce, or visit the city of Miramchi.  Overnight in Moncton.

Day 7  Drive to Hopewell Rocks to experience some of the world's highest tides on the Bay of Fundy.  Walk the ocean floor and return to Moncton for the night.

Day 8  Friday  With a visit to Fort Beausejour and the Monument-Lefebvre, your vacation ends with the return of your rental vehicle.
