Day 1 You
tour starts with your arrival at one of our downtown Toronto
Hotels. You have the evening free to attend a Broadway style play,
or perhaps dine in the tallest structure on Earth, the CN
Tower.
Day 2 Today
is reserved for shopping. Visit massive Eaton Center. Your
downtown hotel is near to the indoor mall and there are literally
hundreds of fashion, accessory and gadget stores. Other places you
will want to visit include "Downtown Yonge", and the
Harbourfront Antique Market. The evening is free to experience
Toronto's world class dining and nightlife.
Day 3
Arrive at Toronto's Union Station to board VIA Rail's Trans-Continental (10:00PM
departure) and unpack for the next 3 nights aboard. Your porter is
on-hand throughout the journey to ensure that you have a comfortable
stay. Roll across the Canadian Shield, boreal forests, countless
lakes and the hardest rock on Earth! 1/3 of the fresh water in the World
is in Canada and you will see some of it on this trip.

Day 4 and
Day 5 Arrive
into Winnipeg to take on more passengers and continue rolling through
Manitoba, the province of 100,000 lakes. Drink in the vistas from
the dome cars and enjoy the terrific on-board service. 
Day 6
Enjoy a delicious breakfast and relax as we forge across the great
wheatfields of Saskatchewan before our morning arrival into Edmonton,
capital and oil capital of North America. Arrive, disembark and transfer on your own to one of our West Edmonton
hotels. How about the Fantasyland Hotel which is directly attached
to the eighth wonder of the World, West Edmonton mall.
Check in and unpack for 2 nights and then step into magnificent
West Edmonton Mall. 
Day 7
You have the entire day to explore
the more than 800 stores, restaurants and attractions. There are
major department stores including the oldest corporation in North
America, The Hudsons Bay Company, now simply called The Bay. Pick
up a Hudsons Bay blanket here. For the adventurous there is also a
massive indoor water park, skating rink, indoor theme park, including
the Worlds fastest indoor roller coaster and a large lagoon. You
could spend a week checking out the miles of shops and the shopping is
cheap as there is no provincial shopping tax in Alberta. A shopping
tour guide can be pre-arranged. Have fun!!
Overnight
in one of our Edmonton hotels.
Day 8 Transfer to Edmonton's VIA
Rail station for departure. Ride the rails across Alberta's
prairies, across the foothills and into the Rocky Mountains. You
have about an hour to power-shop in JASPER
for souvenirs before
continuing west. Enjoy your last night of Silver and Blue comfort
service including fabulous cuisine, snacks, and dome car views that are
out of this World. Watch for Mount Robson, the largest in BC and
continue overnight to the Pacific Coast.

9 Arrive in
VANCOUVER,
British Columbia, voted by the American Business Association the number
one travel destination in North America. Arrive and
transfer by taxi to your downtown hotel. Our choice of hotels
include several that are close to Robson Street.
Day 10
You have another
great day to pick up Canadian goods. Robson Street is great for
shoppers with something to satisfy every taste. After Robson you
will want to visit Gastown where many unique gifts can be
purchased. Under the Granville Street Bridge you find a mix of
live theater, restaurants a hotel and of course some very unique
shopping. Of course you will want to visit Chinatown which is the
second largest in North America and if you still have time you can visit
Pacific Center which spans 3 city blocks!

Day
11 Transfer
to Vancouver International airport or you may choose to extend your stay
and visit Vancouver and the largest island in North America, mighty
Vancouver Island. Those extending their stay can go whale watching,
see BUTCHART
GARDENS
and the city of VICTORIA
on Vancouver Island or travel up to WHISTLER
Resort area
(North of Vancouver).
