Edmonton  to Jasper, the Icefields Parkway to Banff and VIA Rail to Vancouver Start with amazing West Edmonton Mall, continue by seeing the stunning highlights of the Canadian Rockies, overnight on the romantic VIA rail to Vancouver and see what this great city has to offer!

Day 1-2    The great journey begins with your arrival at one of our West Edmonton mall hotels for 2 nights.  Accommodation included at the "Fantasyland" hotel (special themed rooms, like the Polynesian room, can be arranged for extra charge) or the West Edmonton Mall Inn.  The largest and most spectacular shopping and entertainment complex in the World is yours to discover on day 2.  Be sure not to miss the massive fire-breathing dragon at Silver City, Bourbon Street, Reds, roller coaster theme park, nightclubs, casino, dinner theater, skating rink, World's largest indoor waterpark and 800 stores and restaurants. 

Day 3  Board Via Rail Trans-continental westbound in the morning and arrive early afternoon in Jasper.  Breathe in the fresh mountain air and enjoy some outstanding scenery,  Nearby are Medicine Lake, Canada's hottest hotsprings at Miette and Maligne Canyon. 

Day 4  Today, journey south from Jasper on the scenic Icefields Parkway with a stop at the Athabasca Glacier. A ride on the glacier with a Brewster Snocoach is included. In addition to the Glacier, sights on route include Peyto Lake, Crowfoot Glacier and Athabasca Falls. Arrive in Lake Louise in the late afternoon. Overnight in World famous Banff.

Day 5  Discover Banff sightseeing tour includes many historic and scenic sights culminating in a ride up the gondola to lofty Sulphur Mountain. 

Day 6    The day is free to explore the Banff townsite.  Perhaps venture up to the Upper Banff Hotsprings and later enjoy a cruise onto Lake Minnewanka (included).  

Day 7  Our deluxe motor coach delivers you west along Icefields Parkway on one of the most scenic trips in the World. Those wishing to explore on their own can rent a car in Banff (pre-arranged) and drive north to Jasper (not include in price).

Day 8 The morning is free to enjoy breakfast and pick up last minute souvenirs.  Early afternoon board VIA Rail and check into your private  bedroom or semi-private quarters (as chosen).  Enjoy the spectacular scenery, including Mount Robson, as you are treated like royalty aboard.  You have full access to the dome cars and the Park car.  Sumptuous meals are served in the dining car with panoramic window views.  This is the highlight of the trip for many!

Day 9 Follow the Thompson River into the Fraser Canyon and down onto the Fraser Valley.  Arrive in beautiful Vancouver in the morning and transfer on your own to our downtown Vancouver hotel.

Day 10 Checkout from the hotel or you may choose to pre-book additional nights in Vancouver.  A day-trip to Vancouver Island, including Butchart Gardens and Victoria is very popular.
